[WHEREAMI] Get current Location w/o running Tests

Hi Lars,

The current locations are listed in /var/lib/whereami/iam so you can
just cat that file.

I sometimes use this for scripts that depend on knowing what the current
location is.

Glad you like the software.  Sorry to take so long to respond, but it's
been conferences and holidays for a couple of weeks.
